Arsenal transfers 25/26

Newcastle will have lots off money to play with sure they will help play some off the deadwood off us

Kroenke should float the club a war chest for transfers over the next two years so we can bully clubs into getting their talent for cheaper transfer fees.

They’re relaxing the rules on FFP due to the crisis.

This could be a great buying opportunity for the few clubs holding some cash and if Stan was sensible with investment, especially considering we need half a team.

The biggest mistake we’ve made in the past decade was not spending our money when it was worth the most. We decided to be spending it when you could get 1 Pepe, rather than 2 David Villas, 3 Juan Matas or 3 David Silvas.

And in the same vein the best business I think we did last decade was having Cazorla for £16m or whatever it was from a desperate Malaga who I believe needed to make a debt repayment that month.

Edu seems perfectly fine to do best-buys and bargains but half the job is offloading players wich have met the end to their path. Wich is a thing to consider even though Kroenke is tight with the monies, the squad is sort of full.

Weirdly enough our best transfer window is arguably that one.

We got Giroud, Podolski and Cazorla for around £30m and helped create the spine for a team that won 3 FA cups. Who else did we get that window?

Poldi, Giroud, Cazorla and Walcott were all in the double digits for goals that first season if I recall correctly.

If the narrative of the club/wenger is to believed we couldn’t spend on those players at the time…only since Arsenal have signed with Puma. But then from 2010 to 2013 there was a big leap in transfer fees, which has been rising fast since.

Chelsea paid 24 million for Mata the same summer Arsenal did 10.8 for Gervinho.

To translate a phrase from Spanish, Gazidis as a market analyst would die of hunger.

The bald cunt.

EXCLUSIVE: YJYUX has formally contacted the lad at Audi to tell them he WILL be triggering the 43 million pound release clause of an Audi SQ8 in the coming days. After those talks commence between the two parties, all that will be left is discussing the contract of very, very, small, monthly payments.

Seems legit ^

@YJYUX is a tier one source, reddit confirmed.

Looking forward to seeing the Audi with an Arsenal decal on the club’s website soon.

Straight swap would be a very good deal IMO

Mauro Icardi is a fucking media circus with a horrific meddling agent/wife and what seems to be a shitty attitude.

NO THANKS.

Without champions league football we’re not going to attract our dream targets, if it’s a choice between a top player with a controversial past or an average player with an exemplary disciplinary record I’m still going for the top player.

And a straight swap between an (almost 31 year old) player in his final year of his contract who won’t sign a new deal - and a 27 year old with a great goalscoring history is good business

I think I’d prefer Edouard from Celtic. But if we could do this swap AND sell Lacazette AND buy Edouard that would be ideal.

Icardi is a very frustrating player. He is fully dependent on the team, maybe even moreso than Aubameyang. I don’t think we need such a one-dimenisional player. Especially with Pepe on the wrong wing.

In 302 professional games, Icardi has scored or assisted 222 goals (per Transfermarkt).
Playing as a striker he can be as one-dimensional as he likes and I would be more than happy to have him at the club with those stats

I don’t care for his numbers. I follow Inter closely. He is a very frustrating player.
