There is a very short list of world class players weāve signed.
But there is a massive list of world class players we nearly signed.
We might get Rice or Caicedo but they could just as easily end up at Chelsea or Man U.
No āin the knowā or pundit knows what is going to happen so until the player actually signs a contract with us, anything is possible.
In my mind Rice is a gooner already.
