Arsenal transfers 25/26

Tierney and Saliba, and I’m very happy. That’s all thats needed.

Then keep hold of your young promising players.

These fucks trying to do the opposite, cunts

That wouldn’t even be the bare minimum, especially with Kos leaving.
It would effectively be just a LB signing.
That’s as bad as when we only signed Cech.

Tierney, Saliba, and one of Zaha, Fraser or Ziyech, and a CB for this season, is the minimum required, just to get us back to a level where we can challenge for a top four place.

It’s the least the supporters deserve.

So one signing in Tierney for 19/20 and your happy? Not for me at all.

Would be happy to see Iwobi given that number 8 switch. Flexo made a great point after the Europa League final that he’s a very gifted ball carrier but not instinctive/decisive enough for a place in the front three. If we bed him in deeper I think it could be a masterstroke in the short term while we attack the rest of the big puzzle.

Mail reporter but interesting link

That shows how little my standards are, and this stupid club will not even meet those ffs.

as hard as it saying this he will get into our team way easier

Here’s the actual article the Z dude was talking about.

most likely will go in for him and completely mess it up like with all our other targets, not wanting to pay a little more to sign Tierney, offering way less for Zaha and not going back again with a better offer, could be losing out to spurs for saliba and a few of the outgoings as well

Different type of targets, Torreira had a release clause, Sokratis and Leno were rejects, Guendouzi a kid from the french second tier, Lichtsteiner was free and dogshit.

oh yeah, so it was

At least we saved the best for last.

Harping on this again but still worried about lack of outgoings than who we’re bringing in (mainly because i never expected us to bring in much, Tierney + Zaha/CM would satisfy me TBH) but all the players that disappointed and let us down seasons prior are still here. Not to mention from the Kos drama the club seriously thought a 34 year old CB who had some bad injuries and looks physically done was a key part of the plans still.

Don’t wanna lose my shit, but its not looking good. Time is running out ffs.
