Maybe in the latter stages of his Arsenal career after the injuries. But before he got injured in 07/08 he was a good goalscorer / effective player. Would have ended with around 10 League goals that season if healthy. One of the big reasons for us not to win the title that year. Injuries fucked his career though.
He’s one of the few players I think seamlessly gets into the Invincibles side

We’ve lost eleven games this season.
The same as Fulham, Burnley and Crystal Palace.
Brighton have only lost eight and only four clubs have lost more than us.
We’ve only scored in five of our last eleven home games.
Yet there are still a few that, rather than going for a top quality manager, would prefer to keep him for another season, just to see how that goes.
This proves that our supporters have the same lack of urgency that our board have.
The only reason Arteta is in a job is because there are no supporters in the stadium.
Although sitting in mid table, going nowhere, playing ineffective football, there probably wouldn’t be that many supporters anyway.
They’d rather be at home watching the qualifying rounds of the World Paint Drying competition.
