Our new “u-23s” have made a shocking start to the season by all accounts.
Not been ideal prep for Bielik if he hopes to be perhaps the most obvious choice (along with Reine-Adelaide) to step up for the League Cup match.
U19s UEFA Youth league game vs PSG is live on BT Sport in an hour.

Willock, Nkunku & Callegari the stand out players of both teams.
PSG U19 are a great youth team, is an hard game for our boys.

Two big chances missed by Willock and Malen.
Rather confused as to why we’ve kept Sanogo, Akpom, Zelalem, and Maitland-Niles. Don’t really get it, @Burgundy we were talking about it a bit in MDC and you said Wenger wanted to keep Zelalem (doesn’t make much sense…), what’s the plan that you are hearing here?
Zelalem, AMN & Akpom all had opportunities to go out on loan, Akpom is said to have wanted to stay, Zelalem & AMN I’m not sure.
AMN is the strangest imo, he had a relatively successful first season of senior football last year & Mick McCarthy said during the summer he wanted him for another season, he’s stayed and like Iwobi last season been a regular in the first team training sessions. I think Wenger has a role in mind for him, last season I guessed that he’ll eventually end up at RB, and he’s played there this season for the reserves and it wouldn’t surprise me if he does on Tuesday too.
Zelalem probably leaves on loan in January, I’m not sure what’s convinced him to stay as he’s spoken of his desire to play for the first team or somewhere else, he’s not been around the first team at all. Elneny is gone in January for the AFCON, maybe Wenger kept him incase we’re light?

I still don’t see a rolewithin our First team for zelalem.
I still think he needs to play week in week out for a First division team in a top 5 league.
Is Reine Adelaide being converted to a centre midfielder? I see he’s been played not as a #10 but as a deeper lying centre midfield in recent games.
