Arsenal Pre-season 26/27

I’m excited and naked. Gyokeres to score his first Arsenal goal today?

The midfield looks suspect, otherwise a very strong team.

What an awful midfield combination that is

Kai and tross injured. And cali ofc

Yes, not expecting a great flow today lol

Rice, Zubi and Ode should be starting these games

These games ? You mean pre season training matches with zero meaning ?

Tonight and Saturday, it’s ramping up towards the league opener now

Tier 3 midfield there, but let’s see how they cope.

Glad the Gyok is starting. Would’ve liked to see Noni start too, but hopefully he’ll come on later.

No Dowman I suspect?

He’s there on the bench

Havertz trained yesterday, hopefully nothing serious keeping him out.

We’re think in attack without him and Trossard. That should mean some substantial minutes for Madueke (probably LW), Dowman (RW), and Harriman-Anous (CF).

It’s all about fitness and integration. There will be a plan that covers both of these matches.
Arteta will know more about where each player is at, so I’m not going over think whoever starts and who is on the bench because I don’t have access to the information/data that the boss has.

I’m going to sit back and enjoy watching the boys in red and white tonight and on Saturday I’ll be in the North Bank doing likewise.

Not trying to be a contrarian, but I like the midfield. Looks balanced.

An experienced CM in some-othergaard, a Euro winner in Merino and one of Europe’s biggest prospects in Nwaneri. We’re one injury away from all three of these guys starting. Let’s see what they’ve got…

W a n k midfield that is sadly our first backups in each spot.

300m spent on midfielders for that, Jesus Christ.

It feels like defence is the only area that Arteta is exceptional at when it comes to talent ID; injury-proneness aside. Also shows in our defensive stats these past few years.

Almost time to OceanGate these Yellow Submarine cunts.

Its pretty good for a backup midfield and probably the best we’ve had:

24/25 - Jorginho, Trossard, Merino.

23/24- Jorginho, Vieira, ESR

22/23 - Jorginho, Sambi, Vieira

Good to see Benny Blanco’s shorts have ridden-up on one leg again. Suggests he’s back to his best.

Forgot about Nicolas Pepe

Anybody have a good stream to share?
