Very poor defensively yet again . Leno and Bellend are clueless. We just don’t have talent to play the ball out from the back .

A fairer scoreline for that would’ve been about 6-3, we should’ve had a few more but wow that’s some of the worst defending from an Arsenal side in ages…
Auba needs to pick up some form soon or there’s no point playing him, you don’t have him in the team for his all round game, you have him there for the end product

Nketiah and Lokonga have looked great. I’d put both in the first XI. Willock needs more minute, but I like what I see.

We’re definitely seeing some new tactics deployed. We play a very high line. One CB stays back while the other joins forward. Needs some tweaking. Not sure we can pull it off without quick defenders.

We still might but it was far too predictable we wouldn’t get our business done early and now the season is in two weeks. Even if we do buy some players they won’t be in the squad for weeks and won’t be acclimated for months. Of course ur boy will use the excuse that they didn’t have a preseason. If we actually do end up buying someone at all, still a distinct possibility we won’t.

I have seen something similar to an horror film. Same old bloody defensive mistakes, poor defensive organization, poor buildup, poor GK distribution.
Someone can say that game counts nothing. It’s a friendly game = burying head in the sand as ostriches do.
Still don’t know after years who is the problem.
Who is shit? The players? Poor coached? Wrong demands? Why they make stupid decisions? Why they look costantly with the head off?

It worries me because when you give the ball away when you’re in the position we’re in, in one or two passes they can attack your goal. It’s a really difficult situation to resolve. From those situations as well, we created many chances today. We need to know when to take the risk. It’s more about the perception and interpreting the players that we have to use in certain areas more than the actual action. But you know that against these teams, they punish you in the Premier League.
