Arsenal Kits and Merch

Yea if @Joshua meant he went running in cargo shorts that would have been a giveaway

I think we need confirmation he didn’t :eyes:

I run in a classic US track and field split shorts. It’s a lot of thigh meat on display and certainly something that should come with a warning. Like when Dr Who has a disclaimer an episode has strobe lights.

My sister had a baby a couple months ago. Was gonna do the standard thing and buy my niece a baby Arsenal kit, but decided to switch it up slightly and buy her an adult sized home shirt instead, so when she is much older she’ll have an Arsenal shirt she can wear from the year in which she was born.

Thought this would be pretty cool, I’d love it if I had a pristine, adult sized Arsenal home shirt from 1990.

And if she isn’t into football, I guess she could probably sell it when she reaches adulthood and get a couple hundred quid!

£49.99 is too good for me to pass up, not gonna wait in order to try and shave another fiver off that

I like our 24-25 3rd jersey a lot, going to get it.

If you get a kit without a name or number, where would one go to get it?

There must be thousands of Gooners who are hoarding their shirts so you’re wise to act now @YJYUX
I’ve been looking for genuine long sleeve tops from our 17/18 campaign (Black & Pink) and also the first adidas yellow/blue fake banana top.

I’ve only seen a really knackered L/S version of the former (I don’t think the pink print lasted too many washes) and the adidas yellow one for over £200. You’d think there would be loads of people cashing in their old tops for new ones.

I think like most places you buy the shirt first then you have the option of having the number and name transferred on after your purchase for a price, dunno how much they charge per number or letter in the uk though.

I know this. I’m asking about how you would go about it if you bought a top online that didn’t have the option to have them printed on.

Surely someone like Sports Direct would do it? Or maybe only if you bought the top at their store.

I’d rather wait and get the one with names/numbers on.

Usually the total cost is more if you print them on afterwards.

Vintage/classic jerseys is another story, but where will you get the correct font and size of the name/numbers?

Anywhere that does printing should do it, they’re charging you for the printing so shouldn’t matter where you bought the shirt.

I’ve only ever taken mine to the store at the ground or got the name first time of asking, so not 100% sure about the likes of sports direct but can’t see why not.

Yeah I’m in town tomorrow, so I’ll go to SD and see what they say.

Cheers guys, I already purchased one not so long ago for a tenner more I think it was. One of my favourite recent Adidas kits!

What is this?!

A rumoured “4th” kit probably for the FA Cup or some shit. Not much red on show is there?

It is the “lifestyler” jersey. It popped up for sale very briefly this morning my time online and then vanished.
