I’m going to have to break it to you gently @Joshua I’ll think you’ll find most countries on the planet has citizens that have at least on pair of shorts in their wardrobe, in fact I’m wearing a pair right now because it’s a bit hot.
There’s even a rumour that the postmen in Britishland even wear them 365 days year.

True. But you know what’s funny, and somewhat understandable, is that many Canucks at the first hint of Spring after a long Winter, will be out and about in shorts as soon as it climbs to about -5.

Yes, it’s true my current and former postmen both wear shorts throughout the winter. However, Essex is the driest county in the UK and also one of the mildest. Though the last two summers have been slow starters.
I’ve seen snow once in the last three years and it didn’t settle properly.
