Alexandre Lacazette

For the sake of change, I agree, on the other hand, a sad indictment of where we are with striking options. Horrendous.

Much better. Doesn’t focus too much on his hair. That’s the mark of a true professional.

:joy::joy::joy:.

I remember when people were talking about how well our attack functions without Auba.

Well that’s 2 goals in 5 games.

As @SRCJJ said, Auba is probably not making a blind bit of difference to our recent results.

We are 16th in big chances created. Our attack simply doesn’t function at all tbh.

Source?

Yeah probably because we have a clown manager who has no idea how to get his team to create chances.

Auba has certainly made a difference to Barcelona’s results :grin:

What attack?

Is Auba the one that made the difference or is it Xavi?

Hard to to say, but what we know is Arteta has no idea to coach attacking football.

I also have never been a fan of Lacazette but he has never been a 1 goal in 1000 mins open play operator like he has under Arteta.

Auba wasn’t scoring and Laca and Nketiah have around 5 league goals between them. At some stage, the system needs to be questioned.

PL website along with a few others. 34 Big chances created. One more than Burnley, less than the likes of Villa, Wolves, Leeds, Brighton ect. For comparison tottenham are at around 70 big chances created, they are second on the list.

Well, hope he is in against Chelsea or Man Utd.
He turns up in big games, can’t fault him for that.
Not sure that would be enough though…
