Probably won’t warm to him though.
He’s off the books and even if Sevilla don’t buy him, he’ll be gone this time next summer to someone else.

He will be off the books and we have minimised the loss when you take into account the loan fee. Sell on clause is important. His contract runs until 2026, so hopefully does well enough to get a permanent deal at Sevilla. Wish him well.

He’s not played well enough to generate serious buyers and is somehow too old to be used for a PSR money laundering swap.
We also seem to be financially sound enough not to need to do a dodgy PSR deal.
