my english is not great, but what you have said, have really strong implications saying Raya, Calafiori, Kai etc were all luxury buy.
Okay, then, let me clarify.
While there is no disputing that the players that Arteta bought are excellent and quite essential to winning the title, it is a luxury that Arteta has to spend 105m on a single player and spend 30-40m on players for positions which are already adequately covered.
Wenger, on the other hand, didn’t have a fraction of that luxury.
And as far as I can tell, Wenger has 3 PL and Arteta 0
