Steiner a are the greatest in my eyes. The perfect blend of athleticism, strength and speed. Just perfect tag team, Scott was a total phenom.
Bret Hart having to retire early is such a big what if. He just got himself into excellent shape in WCW and was still of good age. We were robbed.
Blame Goldberg for that
His kick was stupid anyway. It was such a weird move he had.
Itâs weird because itâs not a move you can really pull off with minimal risk. Bret Hart wasnât the only big star he hurt too. He fractured Scott Steinerâs face too with his work.
I do hope Revolution will be good next week.
Dynamite and Rampage have been a bit dry the last couple of weeks.
(Send Hook on the Revolution card?)
I thought the last couple of Dynamites have been really good. Think the Revolution card is stacked.
MJF/Punk feud is turning into an all-timer.
Just when you thought they may be stretching it a bit too long they give us those last 2 segments and now I canât wait to find out whatâs gonna happen next.
Btw, if he wasnât already there, Punk is certainly ascending into Legendary status with his latest run.
This is what long term storytelling is, puts that Adam Page story in the dirt.
Shouldâve listened to the guy when he said that what heâs doing was very calculated.
Whatâs that exactly?
They made a big deal out of Hangmanâs journey to the top.
It was great and all but I did find it a tad overrated by some(moreso The Elite stans).
Lok, they gonna unify the titles only to create another another title arenât they?
Whatâs it gonna be? The Multiverse Champion? The Space Champion?
Surely it will still be the same two belts, with one champion (Reigns) holding both. I know that isnât technically unifying the belts but if theyâre still planning on having two world championship level belts (which I think is stupid) then thatâs how they do it.
Dolph: So how good do you want me to make Young Steiner look?
Vince: YES.
It wasnât gonna take long tbf.
Whatâs the benefit of a deal with HBO Max?
AEW Library, itâs essentially gonna be a streaming platform like Peacock is for WWE.
So every show, PPV or other event(we know they have filmed stuff that hasnât been aired yet) will be there to stream on-demand.
I guess the big question is what the second point means. Did Tony acquire the ROH library, perhaps joining forces with NJPW, maybe both?
Canât see the market for an AEW library theyâve been about for what? 2 years?
WWE
WCW
ECW
Georgia Championship Wrestling
WCCW
Thereâs a big library WWE have spanning decades and featuring the golden era of massive promotions and legendary territories.
Itâs a good step for AEW but who really wants to buy into such a catalogue ?
I kind of get where youâre coming from. I was wondering about that as well when AEW fans were losing it when the rumours started. AEW may not have the global audience of WWE but the following they have is hardcore and they want to have access to it on-demand like that.
I think thatâs where the additional International catalog that Zarian mentions comes into play. Something like the ROH library essentially balances things out to make it a more attractive offer. You also get the rights to the All-In PPV that started it all.
The only appeal of an AEW library to me is that they have had some pretty memorable matches and thereâs not many ways that Iâm aware of to watch previous events. There are some matches I havenât seen that Iâd be curious to. That said, no way Iâd pay the same fee I do for WWE network.
Well, that sunuvabitch went ahead and did it!
Tony kicked off the show with the announcement. I wonât say what it is to keep it spoiler free but itâs a big development for AEW.
Good man. Us Englanders watch it on the following weekend given when itâs televised lol
