One of the best tag team matches of the 90s. The difference in wrestling is insane to the modern product. Listen to Jim Ross on commentary, he’s selling each guy for what they are. He makes you believe the Steiners are tough tough guys, with strong amateur wrestling pedigree and he makes you believe Luger is the strongest man in the ring. He really sells these guys and makes you believe in them.
Even looking at the first tie up between Rick Steiner and Lex Luger. They’re stiff, strong and genuinely look like they’re testing each others strength.
Jesse Ventura on commentary in his 70s is still better than most people WWE let on the mic these days
