Lesnar is hilarious.
Never forget that he was the reason Jinder’s reign ended because he didn’t want to work with him in one of those brand bragging rights Survivor Series shows, that shit had barely any effect on the ongoing storylines.
And just because of Brock they ended up putting the title on AJ on a SD show shortly before the event and scrapped whatever plans they had for Jinder going forward.

There’s a hilarious story that I heard from SRS when Riddle was fired last year about how Riddle eventually got called up to the main roster. He’s never reported it because he can’t verify the events because of who’s involved but it is the story that is reiterated in the locker room.
Essentially Riddle was around for one of the main shows(I believe it was the Rumble) as an NXT guy and Lesnar was also present and confronted him because he was told that a kid named Matt Riddle was talking shit about him online. Lesnar went to check on him so he can knock it off but Riddle apparently didn’t budge and that got him heat.
There was a meeting with Vince and the expectation was that he was either gonna be suspended or released. Vince essentially asked him why he was taking shots at Lesnar, and why isn’t he scared provoking Brock like that. Riddle said why would he be scared and essentially gave off the vibe that he would take down Lesnar if it came to it. Vince was so shocked that at the end of the meeting told Riddle to fulfil whatever immediate pending duties he had in NXT and then get ready to start working on the main roster.
For what is worth, the person that apparently told Lesnar about Riddle taking shots at him and prompted Brock to check on Riddle was Heyman. People believe Heyman did it on purpose because he envisioned this playing out like it did and Lesnar and Riddle doing business eventually.
I don’t get why he keeps doing this. He’s coming off like a real moron and disrespects talent that have done nothing to him.

I love AEW but Tony always looks like such a plonker when he does that stuff.

Anyone looking forward to Royal Rumble and the Road To Wrestlemania btw?
I know they really nailed it last year with the Bloodline storyline but they’re really on course to outdo themselves.
The build for the Men’s Rumble has been the best in so long. So many potential winners, big stakes on the line for multiple characters. It really feels meaningful and there’s so many paths they can go with that can be engaging.
This about to be Jinders Mankind winning the title moment. The crowd will be hot for him on Monday.

Tony Khan being an embarrassment is a normal Tuesday in wrestling, to be fair.
The only thing I’ve watched since Survivor Series is the segment with the Rock. I’ve read a couple of summaries and it’s clear there’s nothing much going on at the moment.
I’ll watch the Rumble because it’s the Rumble, but I reckon this will be my least watched Wrestlemania season in years.
If I learned anything over the last couple of years is that generally speaking the WWE doesn’t get engaged in these things.
There’s always gonna be the smark cities where a good chunk of them do know whatt going on BTS and in the wrestling world outside of WWE but most WWE fans don’t even know what an AEW is.
