I think we’ll struggle to hold onto him beyond the age of 21/22.
even if that is the case, which is probably not the case because he turned down a lot of offers specifically so he could join arsenal, we would get a fortune for him…with another manager hopefully getting us playing better stuff i dont see why he wouldnt wanna stay.

I just think his ceiling is that high that clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid will want him as a starter by then. You make a good point about getting a fortune for him though, elite talent.
barca can only take so many players and real madrid has the name undoubtedly but they arent as brilliant as they used to be. Surely will have a huge pull but if they both came calling hopefully the new regime wouldnt be stupid enough to sell for stupid money like we always have. In an age when you can get £40m for iwobi you shouldnt be selling a top talent especially if he proves himself to be top notch in the EPL for anything less than £100m hopefully our time for selling for dumbass prices are long gone.

He had a solid game today and I was really impressed with Fofana and Yousouff. Mouanna has some pace and trickery about him. I can see him playing for a club like West Ham and tearing it up.
Did we just get ourselves a young VVD? We might finally have a CB who is good in the air, physical, good with his feet, and pacey. When was the last time we had all those attributes in a defender? All I hope is that the Emery stench is no where around the club when Saliba joins us next season.

Broken metatarsal should be a few months at most. He’ll be back and fresh for the last few months of this season.

Just a bad coincidence.
Really have to hope Emery isn’t around next season - will completely derail this guy’s development.

supposedly has a broken foot so could be out for months, shame really he sounds like he was going really well before it.
