If you like Porcupine Tree, then have a listen to the album Hand Cannot Erase by Steve Wilson.
I saw him play most of it at the Albert Hall last year and every song is a masterpiece with some of the best musicians around.

I’ve liked this song for years but never watched the video until now, which is a shame as it’s a bloody masterpiece! :joy:

So on the Last Dance episode 5 they put on a Tribe Called Quest-- Can I Kick It?, and I realised that the chords they put on there are the same as the ones in a Velvet Underground song (pretty sure), but I can’t figure out which one it is, though I’m sure I’ve heard it in a Velvet Underground song (99%–if not in another group). Anyone know?

It’s from like second :15 of Can I Kick It, the chords I’m talking about.

Got a record player at Christmas, quite proud of having this one in my collection already.

Obviously so far from Prince’s greatest work, but still one of my favourites due to having seen Batman 1989 at least fifty times in the last 25 years. Love, love, love that scene in the art gallery.

Brilliant scene. Kim Basinger looks amazing, anyway, but in that scene- wow!

Fucking best song ever. We’ll get there one day!

Man City fans boo the anthem. It could be because they hate UEFA. I’d like to believe it’s because it’sa shit piece of music

Saw an excuse to post a video of Prince tracking bass for Partyman and took it.

And Questlove’s Wrecka Stow streams have been great recently
