Wake Up and Make Love With Me is one of my faves of theirs.
You seen the film? Thought Andy Serkis was fantastic as Ian Dury.

Oh, that’s one that has slipped under the radar for me. I wasn’t aware there was a movie about him. I’ll definitely be looking that one up later. I imagine Serkis is perfect for the role too.

It’s a tune alright, but can I really be purchasing the vinyl of a band with the worst name since Hooberstank?

It’s a pretty good album. Stoner, psychedelic metal I think is the right category to label this as and has been a nice pallette cleanser from what I’ve been listening to lately.
I had a look at their discog and they have a bunch of albums that I’ve not dipped into at all.

Not sure about that, Sixpence None The Richer must be a worse band name. 
The Smiths…No-one in the band was ever called Smith.
Ruined the authenticity for me.

Same with Pink Floyd, no one is called Pink or Floyd.
Although, in the band’s lyrics, a record company executive did ask them “Which one is Pink?”
