Name me the high scoring Portuguese league strikers in the last 10-15 years who’ve gone to another top European league and hit big numbers?

Tbh, when was the last time we signed a striker that had any sort of good/great goal scoring record before we got him?
Auba is the only one that comes to mind for me.
Even if we account for a 30% reduction in G/A output from Gyokeres, he’s still likely to produce really solid numbers here, better than anyone in our team currently imo.

I was refering to all the positions there, not the strikers in particular.
I’m just saying his numbers are more than fine, you can’t question those.

Looking at all the strikers they had, he is the most impressive one since Falcao for me. He’s not just another one in the line.
I was never impressed with Jackson Martinez for example, expected him to flop.

If we sign him I honestly don’t know what way it’ll go, fair chance it ends in a flop though.
