He was lucky as fuck this clown club gave him a job after he showed what a fraud he was at PSG, reality probably setting in now that no big club will be fool enough to do the same again.

Yeah you have to give credit for not saying “invertebrate” but rather choosing to use vertebrae with the inactive pairing… that seems just about right.
Yep lol.
Emery has no backbone
Tbh any manager with this squad would struggle. Its inbalanced with no creative players. Far from a squad that can compete for top 4 where a club our size should be.
There’s a malaise that runs through this club and has done for best part of a decade.
Going to take a big personality more than anything else and a couple of individuals with real bollocks in leadership for it to change back anytime soon.
It’s only going to be purely by luck.
Yeah that’s what we seem to be trying with Arteta and someone like a Martenelli coming up trump’s.
I think some of it rests on how well Arteta wants to do. If his target is 4th and he can achieve it, fine. If, however, he wants the league title within the next 4 years, that’s fantastic.
The board only want CL football. The players are clearly only playing for the money. I’m not saying that players need to play with passion, or any stupid buzz words of the sort, but they have to play to win. I’ve seen nothing of the sort to convince me that any player apart from Leno is interested in wins.
Oooh Matron.
Only @shamrockgooner can do this properly…
“He viewed 2 games at once in bed”
I blame her to!! Unai wasn’t all that bad :bellerin:
This guy just destroyed Unai’s entire existence:
Interesting read, alot of evidence gathering that Pepe was a shortsighted buy by Raul
Very telling Ozil doesn’t have enough support in the dressing room to be appointed captain initially.
Building a core with players aged 24 or younger is shortsighted?
What is telling about it? Isn’t it obvious for all that Ozil isn’t a leader? And never has been? Even with this coming out.
Not in itself but I think if you don’t scout a player fully and rely on a limited high level season as a sample it can be problematic when you’re spending major money.
I really like Pepe and think he’ll come good but a lot of fans aren’t convinced he can reach 18/19 levels for Arsenal moving forward based on what they’ve seen.
I like reasonably unbiased anecdotal evidence from someone who was in the room to confirm speculation/assumptions
