What did you see from Noni in 2021 that convinced you he would be top quality?
I really canāt remember 
I donāt watch the Dutch League but I do remember seeing clips of him doing the rounds whenever he got to play for PSV, he also impressed me when I watched them in Europe and he was actually available (dude used to be injured all the time there).
We even played against him before he went to Chelsea. I remember his cameo at the Emirates. He came on and and made Xhaka and Zinchenko look like cones every time he got on the ball. Mind you, thatās what any competent dribbler we faced did on that side.
