As I said, it’s fair game for some and molestation/sexual assault for other. Really comes down to the sexual chemistry between two individuals.
In this case, they had no chemistry and Partey should be charged with sexual assault.

Those tweets can be read various ways. After reading those, I’ve come away thinking Partey is guilty of sexual misconduct (still bad), but not rape.
Seems like they had a barney (as is common in a lot of situationships and relationships), they were in bed and he tried something which is a yes from her 99/100.

That doesn’t really mean anything, it’s in the best interest of the club that he plays until it’s clear he can’t.
Club isn’t infallible to making mistakes as we well know.

Tbf, they could have carried on ignoring him until the matter was resolved.
Now the club may have fucked up of course but it does look like for whatever reason they decided he’s good to go.
You would think they wouldn’t make the call to bring him back into the fold if they didn’t back him to be innocent.

Of course they could have ignored him or ostracized him and yes it’s clear that they are backing him at least for now but my point is that despite this it doesn’t really say much with regards to his guilt.

For what is worth, they did do that early on and then made the call to bring him back into the fold right before the US tour.
I just hope they did their due diligence. We’ll see how this now becoming public is gonna affect their approach though.

I should be shocked that people think putting your dick in anyone’s mouth while they are sleeping is potentially ok based on your “sexual chemistry”.
If someone’s asleep they can’t consent, simple as. So don’t try to force your fucking cock in their mouth, regardless of your prior/existing relationship, it’s a violation (unless the other person has explicitly given consent for you to fool about with them while they sleep because they’re into it or know that you are)

Dude two of my ex’s and my current girlfriend has told me if I am horny and they are asleep do what I need to (although I found weird and funny).
You don’t judge a relationship by your standards, @Trion is correct it’s all about the type of relationship and chemistry people have within they relationship, so can’t blanket assume it’s terrible.
