I was thinking about this too. Has he proven enough at this point to be given a chance at a top six club? I’m not sure a stint with Everton or Newcastle is going to do anything for him.

They are by no means out of it.
They could easily get second place if they carry on as they are.
It’s a good job that they lost to us, Man U, Man City and Liverpool because if they had drawn or won those games they would be right up there with Liverpool.
I don’t think Pochettino was the least bit bothered when they lost the FA Cup and League Cup games.
His main aim is the PL and the CL and with a squad that isn’t that big and with injuries to key players, going out of the domestic cups means he can focus on the PL and CL.
Not getting top four is bad for us, but having the humiliation of my spurs mates bragging about, not just finishing above us, but challenging for the biggest trophies in Europe is too annoying and embarrassing.
Positives for us this week have been Utd and Chelsea dropping points, so even if we lose to City they won’t open up a big gap on us.
Chelsea look shocking at the moment. I be surprised if Hazard sticks around come the summer. Utd I feel will drop points here and there between now and the end of the season. Spurs the same. We are in for a good chance for that top 4, after the city game. We only have Spurs away and Utd at Home from the bigger sides. Some tricky away games here or there but we are in for a good chance of top 4 right now.

Klopp tends to blame everything when the things don’t go his away. He even blamed the wind one day.

If spurs win today they will go second and there next games after that are Leicester and Burnley…
Everyone has to play the same 19… I am not the least bit concerned with Spurs. They will probably finish third but I don’t dismiss the possibility of them completely falling out of top 4

Leicester are fast track bullies though… they beat Chelsea and City, drew with Liverpool. I don’t think it’s a given that Spurs win all these games, i’m sure the loss of Kane and Alli will hit them at some point.
