I think she is lying but regardless of whether she is why would you even say that publicly, what do you gain by saying something like that?
It kinda points to the idea that a lot of progressive white women adopt certain positions for entirely self serving egotistical reasons.
Alot of MPs are just not intelligent people. This brash open mouth speak first think later style has become more apparent in recent years.
