This post was always going to struggle with the test of time given the mental monster was the player in question.

Djokovic might even give the season Grand Slam a crack here and have the most slams by the end of 2021.

Tsitsipas time will come, he’s the best and most talented out of the younger generation IMO.

I don’t think Tsitsipas is the most talented but he’s definitely the most consistent atm and one of if not the most mentally strong out of the younger guys with quite a well rounded game, big serve and incredible forehand as the + 1 shot. Then there’s the fact he loves to come to the net, moves exceptionally well too. His bankhand although good isn’t top class like Thiem, Warwrinka or Gasquet but it’s good enough for now. Clay suits his game very well.

There’s definitely others just as talented but they don’t currently have his mental strength which is very impressive given his age.

Just can’t keep these old dogs down, best of five is just a different animal.

Nadal withdraws from Wimbledon and the Tokyo Olympics.

Unless you’re Djokovic it’s looking a bit spooky being one of the big three right now.

It’s a shame that. Age catches up, mind you.

Close enough. Haha

So Wimbledon starts tonight for me, personally hoping Djokovic wins it, I want to see someone win the calendar Grand Slam.

Rain has delayed the start of Wimbledon. Typical. The outside courts are going to suffer this week, will be very stop start for a lot of players.

Anybody watching Djokovic - Draper?

Yeah, Draper did well to take the 1st set.

Djokovic played sloppy but once he found his range he’s taken him apart in the 2nd and 3rd sets.

Draper looks like a decent talent, needs to make the jump soon though because right now he’s barely seen on tour and is relying on wildcards .

Yeah. Jack Draper is pretty cool, isn’t he? So much swag  Apparently he already has modelling contracts.

Did really well to take that first set, but Djokovic is firmly in control now

Tsitsipas out.

Federer survives, was 2 sets all and his opponent pulled the pin with injury.

Murray looks done. Sad to see

Djokovic cruises into Round 3.

Looks like Murray might actually do it. He’s a fighter alright.

Done well to advance to Round 3, not sure he’ll go any further though.

Murray was British when he wins and Scottish when he loses.
