Taking no prisoners. He’s meant business since the first day he came here.
He wants to make us absolutely elite. I believe we are truly 1-2 world class players away from being able to compete and go deep in multiple fronts.

First time I’ll endorse the shit stirring media pricks. 
Feels very strange that Calafiori and Timber have started our recent games at fullback together.
It feels like Mikel has refreshed the defence and created a whole new dynamic, even though it’s only one new signing.
Timber has come back and upgraded our starting XI at LB. Calafiori has come in and had the same effect - we are so strong in that position now.
And when White is injured / rested at RB, Timber keeps us so strong there.
Our attack looks as good as last year imo, perhaps we have more creativity in fact with Nwaneri being ready for minutes.
But our strongest attribute - defence - has got even stronger and we have more depth.
Maybe a few less goals conceded here and there, together with our continued superiority at set pieces, will get us over the line this season.
We won’t get a better opportunity with Rodri out for the season.

This part. We really have to capitalise on this. Though knowing Pep, he’ll find a workaround before long.
But still won’t be as good as having a fully-fit Rodri in the team.
Hope we come away with the spoils this time around.

We saw it with Trossard not too long ago too. I think @ronniec was the one worried about that at the time and now Trossard earned a spot in the starting XI again.
This is what true competitiveness does. People are not resting on their laurels and are desperate to be playing. Every chance you get to play you need to make it count.
