Stone Cold Might Be The 🐐

At the time I legit thought Tony would be enough of a mark to get Shane involved, but never thought Shane would just be like yeah let me run everything lol.

Same.

Wasn’t it rumoured something not far off this was what Paul Heyman wanted to join TNA? At least he wanted total control.

Yeah id heard of that too. That could have been pretty interesting to see.

ā€œHey so, my schedule freed up, guess I’m main eventing Mania after allā€.

On a serious note, I think if The Rock is wrestling someone, it’s gonna be Roman, mainly because I think he’s looking to finally wrap it up in the ring so his next match is likely his last.

He’s definitely announcing next year’s Wrestlemania will be hosted in New Orleans, then I think whether that match takes place there or in the upcoming Wrestlemania depends on his schedule.

He recently landed a starring role in Scorcese’s next film, there’s rumours about Disney wanting him in the MCU, I think his schedule is only gonna get busier so this may be his last chance to do that match.

I guess the other ā€œout thereā€ scenario is The Rock being so busy that he straight up announces his retirement today. They could work out some tag match tonight with Cody and let that be his final match.

I can’t imagine anything I’d want to watch less than a Vince creative led promotion that isn’t WWE in 2025.

Why doesn’t he retire and ride out into the sunset? Fuck we need another Vince McMahon wrestling company for?

Because it’s Vince. He’s been working since the 70s, he doesn’t know anything but work.

Looks like Hardy Boyz are back in WWE. Merch being sold and rumoured to have a main roster run later in the year. Must have signed a legends deal so they can still work with TNA too.

Christ. Why are they still going? I don’t want Jeff back especially. The drink driving should have been the final straw as regards his career at the top level.

How Jeff ever got over as a main event player is beyond me. That guy was just a glorified spot monkey

I’ll always have a soft spot for them just because they were my favourite tag team for a long long time when I was younger

Vince in his new company, Steph in WWE, Shane to finally end up in AEW…let the true tribal war begin!

Ah you didn’t hear about Shane lol? He basically asked Tony Khan for full control over AEW and Khan told him to go fuck himself essentially lmao

For sure.

Matt looked like he could barely walk last time I saw him, and Jeff’s Jeff… Probably should have long since hung it up by this point.

Jim Cornette talked about this. All Scott Steiner was suggested one line about percentages. Look at the result. Beautiful.

Scott Steiner really redeemed himself with his TNA run after that WWE disaster. Got given autonomy over his promos and had some of his best work and got himself into good enough ring shape to have some good matches.
