Torino are already preparing a new contract for him going up from €1 million to €1.5 million a year until 2029,I really can’t see that lasting long lol.
I didn’t take much notice of Ricci last year and like you as soon as he took over from Jorginho in that classic regista role I’ve started to think Spalletti is rebuilding piece by piece from the back .
Have a feeling sending Tammy to Milan will turn out a horrendous move for Roma and potentially what costs them to yet again getting back into the Champions League.
It will most likely go bad at some point but for now just enjoy it.
Conte’s a winner and it seems like he’s woken up the Napoli team that was went on holiday last season.
It’d be nice to see a proper fight for Serie A this season as well rather than a team essentially winning it by January/February.
Still early but Juve, Napoli and Inter stand out from the rest.
The thing about Conte is as well if he is backed with the signings he wants he basically never leaves a team in bad shape. Inter and Juventus were both massively better off when he left than when he arrived.
Don’t get me wrong, his win is just as valid, I don’t think football was invented in 1992 lol, but SRCJJ said “PL”, so that’s why I counted just two Scots.
Cos if it wasn’t PL specific, you’d have more English league winning managers than Italians. Probably more Scots than Italians too as you’d include Graham and Shankly, making things level on 4, and I’m willing to bet that there several other Scots I’m not aware of without further research.
