Let’s get the striker sorted this week, then we can focus on Rodrygo next week now that they are out of the Club World Cup.
Feel like he’s either Chelsea or Liverpool bound. Especially if Liverpool sell Diaz.
Or PSG even though I don’t see where and how he starts there unless PSG sell one of their wide players.

Why would he go to Chelsea? That makes no sense given his situation at Madrid and Chelsea having a million wingers.
What he’s achieved in the past doesn’t make any sense to how he is playing now, Raheem Sterling has won loads how did that work out if you are using those parameters?
Chelsea wouldn’t make sense because of the wages he’d ask.
I’d say if he becomes available I think Liverpool, City, Arsenal and Bayern make the most sense.
I’m still surprised that Bayern haven’t been linked with him.

Sterling was completely cooked and far past his peak before he even stepped foot in the building
Rodrygo arguably isn’t even in his prime and has been playing on the less ideal side of the pitch for his Real tenure.
There’s good deal of upside for Rodrygo whereas Sterling was never going to be a success
It’s not like he’s necessarily a dream signing but he’s comfortably the best available LW on the market if he decides to leave

Pep is slowly losing the plot, I’d ignore everything he says.
I’ve got a feeling they’re about to have their worst season in a decade. Purely vibes-based but I hope I’m right.
Im not totally against it but the current level of attacking players at a premium price is a very small pool.
Haha in relation to football I ignore everything anyone says i ask a few questions then draw my own conclusions.

It’s why we need to try and nail this first go and not rely on scraps like Madueke.
If Rodrygo truly becomes a market opportunity, then we have to act accordingly.
Like @Darkseid mentioned - Berta is spinning plates - and I’m hoping that the likes of Madueke is just that until we hear CONCRETELY if the Rodders transfer is a goer.
