Reiss Nelson (Loan: Brentford)

We still should ask for that much tbh. He can be a PL ready player and if the healthy ones are going for £50M, we can certainly demand £20M from the South West London cunts.

Cheap bastards think they can get Leno type deals all the time now

No more loans.

I don’t get why we’re finding it so difficult to move him on. Are his wages high? Bottom half teams should all be interested.

Hes 25 (26 this year) with about 60 PL appearances to his name ever.

15m would be huge.

Because he is a highly injury prone player.

Thanks for the Bournemouth goal, Reiss, but it’s time to say goodbye (in a £30m deal).

with the injury record, there is not much more we could expect

We can’t get rid of this bum

sell him for 15m pounds max because he has 3 years left on his contract (according the athletic)

Washed up Sterling for 20m and Nelson for a loan ffs

Nobody is paying 20m for Sterling lol

Yeah, people are mistaking teams being interested in Sterling with Chelsea wanting 20m for him.

It’s the same situation with Sancho, it’s most likely gonna have to be another loan.
And that’s if he even wants to go there. Good chance he doesn’t want to go abroad at this stage. Seems to be settled in London.

Think his injury robbed of us getting good money for him. By all accounts he was starting to settle really well

Seems like things may be picking up on outgoings now.

I think the best we can hope is a loan with obligation. I’m sure we would have got a very good fee for him had he not got injured last season while on loan.

I would think an obligation would have conditions on fitness attached. That’s what I read on Arseblog. Seems like it’d be a sensible deal for all concerned.
