OA is the world’s top platform connecting gooners around the world to discuss what a bunch of cunts Manchester United are.

We are looking for an Assistant Vice President - Player Rating. It’s absolutely remote work.

Responsibilities:

Deploy & monitor player rating polls
Get the lineup right
Fight MM for posting 10s for everyone
Defend the effectiveness of the polls. Eye test vs xG nonsense.

Main requirements:

2+ years experience with Poll Making.
Experience with top no-code or low-code tools (Bubble.io, Webflow, Adalo, Airtable, Softr, Wordpress, etc.)
Experience working as an Agile Product Owner/Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product company, digital product startup, and/or e-commerce company
Experience working with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to identify opportunities, prioritize backlogs, and establish a product roadmap
Strong understanding of Agile, including Scrum and Kanban, and insights into how to use these methodologies
Experience conducting user, competitor, and market research
Experience conducting QA/approvals for development teams, providing feedback, and prioritizing work
Experience with HotJar, UserTesting.com, or other similar tools
Fluency in Task Management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, DevOps, etc.)
Experience with Knowledge Management tools (Confluence, Notion, etc.) is a plus
