Took a trip to Calgary and went and skated on frozen Lake Louise up in Banff, after a helicopter ride around the mountains. Best day of my entire life!

Ironically nah been training way more to get power and speed for hockey. I’ve just got shit insertions. Squat 110/20 regularly no issue for reps.
