Other Clubs' Transfers

He’s been injured most of this season. Had 3 in 6 to start the season before that happened.

We got good money for him but I’m not sure why people seem to want him to do bad.

Wasn’t he heavily linked with Turkey? Probably where he ends up.

Edit:
Scratch that:

Fair play. Finish your career living in Milan.

Edited - maybe bs source.

A full back that turns 35 at the end of the season, I think they’re fine with this.

Looks like it is entirely the desire of the player to leave and Conte tried to convince him to stay. It’s a shame he’s heading to PSG just feels like such a nothing move.

“I spoke about disappointment not towards the player, not towards the club, but towards myself, because in six months I failed to change the situation. I do not say Kvara or the club let me down, I always take responsibility for my actions, I don’t put it on someone else.

“I thought I could have a different impact in these six months, but I realised we were right back where we started from. I want to make that clear, because I saw some headlines today saying ‘Conte let down by Kvara.’ I am not let down by Kvara.

Well, if we know anything is that Conte wants players who are committed.
He essentially alienated one of his most important players at Chelsea in Diego Costa when his head was turned by the offer the Chinese made him.

Other than the money, what is the allure of PSG?

I don’t know, earning massive wages, statpadding and guaranteed CL football every year while living in Paris sounds fun.

Yeah if you’re 27+

At 23 I’d be wanting to make the right career move to put my name in lights. Don’t think PSG is that and I’m not just being salty because I wanted him here.

City would probably be the perfect move right now. We are probably also up there given we’ve been on the cusp of turning great for a couple of years now. Imagine pushing that over the edge to winning something.

There are no brighter lights than the CL, he’ll be competing in there every year while he’s there.

Meh, Paris is a much bigger shit hole than london.

They’ve been in existence for almost 55 years. Who can turn down that sort of heritage.
