Add in Motta and that’s the best business done in the summer for me.

Hmmm I dunno really I’m sure they could have done a lot better with the money spent, to tell you the truth I don’t think anyone has won the transfer window this season.
Think they overspent on Koopmeiners tbh. I wonder what @Bl1nk @SDGooner @Forever @DutchGooner think of him but I don’t think he’s anything special.
I’ve never rated Luiz either but you never know when footballers go to Serie A a lot of them become different players, I mean look at Lukaku ( I have to support him now lol )
Luiz is a good deal at that price, dunno about Koop.
Gotta be honest mate I haven’t watched much of him as I rarely watch Serie A. As for the Dutch NT the times he did play I felt he was average. So small sample size, but what I’ve seen of him isn’t great.
A typical good at everything but not great at anything player. He won’t be a difference maker for them.

@SRCJJ Has anyone from that Morocco team improved their status 2 years on?
Nope. None of them made the right moves. Ounahi had injury problems and definitely should have gone to Napoli. Amrabat went to a shitty United team a was either injured, played at left back or just didn’t got the run of games.
I never rated Aguerd too much actually was surprised West Ham ever paid so much for him.
Ffs, there are still transfer windows open.
Times and ESPN have been reporting that Gala are interested in taking Casemiro on loan.
Thank fuck none of our players have release clauses.
Even if they did, I’d like to think the players themselves wouldn’t even entertain the thought of going to fucking Turkey
Tbf, if I was Casemiro at his age I’d dump Man Utd in an instant for Gala if the money was right.
We’re in a completely different position to Man Utd though, so I don’t think we can really use Casemiro as an example.
Had a quick read over his transfer. Another example of football loopholes being exploited. He got signed by one of the clubs that the Lyon owner owns and then loaned to Lyon immediately after so they could get around the spending restrictions.
It’s being done so blatantly with these owners who have shares in multiple clubs
Was it a deadline day signing?
If not, I don’t understand why he doesn’t consider Fulham a good choice for his career.
He was raised in Ghana and only spent one season with Lyon. For all their history, Lyon is in a mess right now and Fulham is much better place to grow & be recognised as a player.
Edit - Looks like he wanted to join Everton rather than Fulham. I understand the frustration of your fate being decided by the selling club but yet again Fulham is better right now than Everton.
Whatever the ins and outs i respect his solution.
Do you respect his conduct as well?
For me, you make up your mind before someone puts in the work to start the paperwork & does your medical. You are wasting someone’s time.
I’m sure they will recover and ultimately it’s better a player who doesn’t want to be there hasn’t signed.
