Not sure if it’s Crystal Palace or Neftchi Baku.
A big club would have delayed announcing the signing until it could do the official shots with the club photographer.
This guy’s first pic in the shirt is in his living room with some mismatched shorts on. Rather unseemly.
Is that a player? Just looks like a fan trying on the new shirts
He must bash his head on that door a lot
It’s probably his quarantine hotel right?
One we should be in for rather than spending big
It’s City. Will be done in a few days.
It was obvious Grealish was going to leave as soon as Aston Villa started splashing the cash.
There’s no way a club of their size can afford to turn down the sort of money they’ll be offering and, to be fair to them, they have bought replacements before they sell their biggest asset.
What will be interesting is, he does go to Man City, how are they going to accommodate so many midfielders like Grealsih, KDB, Sterling, Mahrez, Foden, Bernado, Gundagon, Torres etc.
One day there will be criminal charges brought against the people who run these Spanish clubs because the contracts they hand out don’t even make sense. Nobody was paying Alaba that so Real Madrid did not need to convince him to join by offering him that kind of deal.
I have nothing good to say about arsenal at the moment, but it is nice to see those villa fans that started getting cocky about ESR now in the mud over losing Graelish.
Rest in piss
Villa signing Bailey could be a big signing. Assembling a decent first 11 they just need to sign some dependable but cheap players to fill up numbers and they are coming into next year nice.
Impressive
Bailey and Buendia will more than make up for Grealish leaving if they can settle in.
Grealish is good but he’s not that good imo and I feel like Villa could do a lot of good business with £100m
ESR would have been the real replacement lols
He was probably the best player in the premier league until his injury. They were what, 10th last season? Can’t see them improving on that without him.
I think it makes sense for them to cash in though, decent signings they’re making from the money which should at least help them hold a good mid table position.
They’re creating a better overall team and one that is more sustainable rather than relying on 1 potentially world class player.
