It’s going to be a scrappy, frustrating game. Newcastle will foul us all over the pitch, break up play, and probably get away with it. If they score first, it could be game over.
An early goal for us would change everything—get us back in the tie and crank up their nerves even more. Their trophy drought is massive. Imagine the fear if they go 1-0 down early.
Really hoping we see the confidence from last Sunday carry over tonight. We’re going to need it.
