We need to sign another CM to replace Partey. Jorginho will become the new Elneny (our new 3rd choice central midfielder)…a significant upgrade IMO.

I think the space in the squad is the exciting prospect here. If Elneny is going it’s a strong sign that we’re confident of landing a midfielder this January.

Its amazing that he has been here that long and you probably couldn’t make a 5 minute highlight reel of all the useful stuff he has done for the club. I am not talking about him celebrating a trophy that he got for playing 5 minutes as a sub. I am talking genuinely useful stuff he has done as a player.
