I don’t know how people watch this guy and are ‘not moved’. He’s a quality CM who will come in and be a starter in this team.

He’s in his last year of the contract. Surprised that wasn’t highlighted more earlier.
This is basically the pefect timing for the transfer… He’s not too young, but if he can give us 2-3 proper years (probably there’s more left), while the team is about to reach it’s potential and get those titles, it’s a superb transfer for us.

Think they were around the same age.

I’d be very happy with that fee if true. We’re doing great business on transfers. We just need to work on speeding things up - we must be the slowest of the big clubs to complete a transfer.
I want more this summer though…so hope we’re not done yet.
