Seems a huge talent, but I’d have thought he’s at least a couple of seasons away from being a legit squad member.
There’s a long way from U18 football to the first team but he’s just a ridiculous player for this level, never mind doing it as a 14/15-year-old.
He’ll be playing in the U17 Euros starting this week. It will be interesting to see how he does there. Nwaneri stood out as the best player on the pitch in every England match a year ago in this tournament but he was 17 and a couple months at the time, not 15 and a half.
Gonna be really annoying when everyone calls on him to save our midfield next season
Even more annoying is the age at which these kids want first team assurances now.
As great as he looks I’d rather we don’t see much of him for another 2-3 years but if that happens he’ll fuck off to United with the rest of them.
