This is not a normal 15 year old and it becomes clearer with every game. Not everything came off from him yesterday but there was some fantastic bits in there.
Unless we get a light touch in the early rounds of the FA Cup, I’m not sure he needs to start any more this season but he’s good enough to feature, for sure.
Wouldn’t mind seeing his birth certificate tbh, most talented 15 year old at Arsenal in my 27 years following the club.
I think he’s good enough to earn the odd cameo here and there. Game state matters but it’s clear he can offer something.
9 attempted dribbles from him last night - the most by any player for Arsenal I’m any game this season. Wild because Madueke was ripping Williams in that Forest game and was relentless with take-ons/attempted dribbles.
I don’t think most have seen 15 year olds as good as this in general, not just Arsenal.

He handled yesterday so well. Literally has no fear. His mentality is almost as impressive as his ability. Nwaneri and MLS are quality but Dowman looks genuinely special.
Imagine what Dowman could be like 10 years from now…..and he would still be just a little older than Saka is now. 
I’m excited for what he’ll be like in two years with experiences and natural physical growth. I’m wondering if he able to play effectively on the left as Saka has the right wing locked down.

Its easy to imagine that if he just becomes a tiny bit sharper, more attuned to the senior game, and more efficient in some of his last actions over the next couple years of development he could turn into a monster. He’s constantly trying to do amazing stuff (disguised cutback through ball to Merino, dribbling through three guys in the box, etc) and very nearly pulling it off.
Some nice dribbling and ball control there. Severe lack of completed passes though. Not gonna fault him at 15 however. Crazy that in five seasons time he’s only gonna be 20.
Saka’s going to have to play on the left wing in a few years.
Yep said the same thing to my lads only yesterday that would make an amazing front 3 !? Saka left, Dowman right and striker open although Gyokeres is good enough for me !!!
I like this game. Endrick is striker, Dowman plays in the 10 and Nwaneri plays on the left. This is in three years time after winning 3 titles in a row and a couple of Champions Leagues.
