I think it is just a matter of transitioning.
Once Zubi settles down, he will be the first choice.
Partey will be the mix of rotating the CDM and RB positions.

I never see Partey as RB was a problem for us.
Even with our best 4 as defenders, we still conceded stupid, careless goals.
We have more problems generating attack instead.

I think it was a fairly big problem. Not because heās dogshit there, but because it meant we then lost his midfield excellency.
If we sign Zubi and heās class, Iād be much more comfy with Partey slotting in at RB when absolutely necessary.

WIll probably be somewhere after next weekend, when Real Sociedad have played their last game of the season.
An issue is with any passer, not just Zubimendi, is there needs to be movement ahead to pass to, otherwise it just goes wide and comes right back across. One for Mikel and his coaches to sort, but also effects forward signings. Everything is so set up for defending.
