It’s good it happened at this result. You just can’t lose the ball in that position. That was a “prime” Xhaka move. That’s why Arteta moved him away from that position.

Kinda how I’m viewing it. Every player is bound to cock up once in a while, he’s just had his major cock up, and it came in a 4-1 victory, so nobody needs to give a fuck.

Luckily meant nothing and he’s been in good form generally so nothing to worry about.
It’s a fair comment, but I’d simply say two things…firstly, I personally don’t think Zubi has done much wrong since he joined us and overall I think he has been excellent, so I’m prepared to overlook the error. Plus, the match was done at that point, so the goal didn’t matter, although it just took the edge off the result.
As I’ve said before, I had nothing against Partey. He was a great player when fit, but in his last few seasons the errors crept into too much and it cost us in certain matches. Leaving aside the obvious, purely on football grounds, it was the right time for him to leave and I don’t think we have missed him so far this season.
When play against shit team like Spuds, we have the luxury to allow some errors
Yes well Zubi isn’t an alleged rapist so he gets more of a pass with pretty much everything.
And yes that was a terrible error, however uncharacteristic.

What a signing! When you have a midfielder who goes about his craft hardly mentioned then you know what a player he is.
The partnership with Rice will be engraved in graphene let alone a Premiership or a Champions league trophy.
When ‘Mendi starts chipping in with the occasional goal then we truly have an incredible footballer.

Zubi and Rice have definitely started to click now…the two of them are becoming such a formidable partnership and will be the best in the Premier League for years to come. Both are going to be regarded as transformational signings for Arsenal.
It’s good to see so many showing some love for Zubi 
and for £55m, he was an absolute bargain!
