Martin Ødegaard (c) (8)

Those skills look polished now.

Now adding goals … :arteta2:

Man is flourishing. Credit to Xhaka and Partey being darn near perfect so far behind him.

Seriously bad take lol. But we move

8 goals and 5 assists in 17 games in the PL now. He is on track for 20+ G/A in the league which is genuinely excellent production for a midfielder.

Love the conviction he took that shot on with, space opened up and he had no hesitation bang.

More of a goalscorer than I ever thought he’d be

It’s interesting cause Ode isn’t drawing huge defender pressure when he picks up the ball in that area in front of the box.

Our front 4 is incredibly hard to defend against

Remembering that we explored signing Buendia and Maddison before doing a hit of smelling salts and wising the fuck up. This guy is a cut above.

Can you imagine how good we would be with both Ødegaard and Maddison :scream:

He pulled that type of pass before a couple of times.
I don’t think I’ve seen a player use it ever, of there is doubt they do it as often.

Signature Odegaard right there.

Just the heartbeat of the team right now. I was shitting myself when he started rubbing his back

Only a great last ditch tackle from Martinez kept that off the highlight reels.

Ode so good. Best is yet to come from him as well.

I’ve said this before but I don’t understand ‘filth’ and ‘disgusting’ etc as descriptors of such passes. That’s literally the beautiful game right there.

Yep. Throw in sick too. I’ll take sublime and superlatives every time thanks.
