No plan. Even going down the Ragnick route is hilarious. United are a mega club with mega money they don’t need this Red Bull approach of snagging talent and having a young tactician in charge.
They’re not going to be recycling players they need world class talent, a world class manager and a very competent director.
They’re just following trends and it’s hilarious to see. Ralf’s best work is working in a structure that allows him to put into place a good scouting structure that prioritises younger players before they become stars so they can eventually be turned over for massive profit and then just recycled.
