It does feel as though City are about to be stung and Pep (along with KDB) are on their way out within the next 12 months. This should be our time to take the baton. Well win the league next year if they are deducted points.

I would commend the amazing amount of research he has put in his threads.
It would take an hour to just read through all of it. One could only imagine the hours he must have spent to put this together.
You would think atleast one top journalist had done all that and brought it to wider audience.

They should deduct a couple of points from last season and give the title to the runner up, then strip the club of all the other titles they’ve won as well as a massive transfer ban.

Had a quick browse of Bluemoon and those guys dismiss these emails suggesting that emails are not proof of an action.
There are loads of City fans on Twitter doing the same. This is why he wrote this follow up thread. Most City fans get defensive and site CAS as a reason as to why they’ll be cleared, at least mostly cleared where no major punishment will be handed out. For me, everything I’ve been reading, and especially this thread, if they aren’t found guilty and handed a severe punishment then the PL can no longer pretend that they aren’t corrupt.

Whether its celebrity crime, standard white collar and corporate crime, or this kind of sportswashing bullshit, having an army of the finest lawyers money can buy makes it very hard for justice or accountability to happen.
I’m just hoping they get enough of a point deduction to give us a relatively free run at the title next year and cements Pep’s decision to fuck off next summer. While I’d love for them to get booted down they pyramid or have their titles stripped, I’m not holding my breath.

I’m a little over halfway reading through this and while i find myself agreeing with the conclusions being drawn it does still all boil down to essentially an opinion piece.
Ive thought all along since leaks emerged and i read into this stuff a bit that they really ought to be facing ruinous consequences but we’re dealing with legal processes here and a lot of factors are in play.
I really do feel like if they get the punishment they deserve UAE will essentially just walk away and go again over in Girona. I hope we get to find out.
