Yeh no argument that Wenger was trash when it came to defensive nous towards the end, I genuinely just think White and Gabriel are a much better CB pairing. Really surprised to see so many disagree. Can say recency bias but I feel like people are looking back with rose tinted glasses and forgetting some of the unbelievable humiliations we suffered defensively

Canāt say they arenāt better from what Iāve seen especially as one isnāt slower than a snail, Iāll take the two guys who are both fairly athletic over the alternative any day but if they played under Wenger it would be a similar comedy show at times.
Swap out White or Gabriel for Kos during those years and there would be barely any difference.
To be fair, White & Gabriel have been aided by Ramsdale having goalkeeper of the season moments all season.

Itās very hard to compare this squad with late Wenger thatās for sure 
I still think Wenger got the absolutel most out of attacking players but he lost the way when it came to setting up teams

Kos was a very good CB for us for the most part, shame it ended in turmoil the way it did. All the best in retirement, for me personally I thought he was better than Per, although the partnership helped each other in ways.

Nah it was worse, he messed up a duel against Griezmann from a long ball. Kicked the ball to Griezmannās head as he fell on his arse and Griezmann scored on a rebound from a save from Ospina.
Decent player but those disasters just sum him up. (Although the main issue was being unable to score worth a damn)

And the collision with SzczÄsny in the Carling Cup Final against Birmingham.
While Kos had some good moments for Arsenal, that one and the one against Aletico are the first things I think of when I hear or read his name.
