José Mourinho

I’d dread being in that ECL competition. There’s no upside. Expected to win it all, and if you don’t it is a big disgrace.

Btw, Mou succeeding Poch again would be funny.

That will be disastrous and I can’t wait to see it

You want to see Mou win the Champions League?

The PSG dressing room won’t be able to handle the egos of Jose, Mbappe, Ramos and Neymar

Fixed it.

Can imagine this happening: Neymar celebrating a birthday in Brazil ahead of a cup QF just to piss off Mourinho.
PSG might not be very attractive to watch, but they might finally have a real shot at winning the CL. Though it’s up for debate if Mourinho still has it in him to win it.

Campos and Mourinho are friends and worked together at Madrid.

Mourinho is well past his best but I don’t think its actually the craziest idea for PSG if they are truly looking for a big reset. If Mourinho ends up clashing with Neymar or Messi so that one of them leaves the club next summer, it wouldn’t really be a bad thing at this point.

There really aren’t any good alternatives, assuming Zidane has turned the job down (as has been reported). All the other available managers with less stature (ie, Galtier, who I do rate) are just going to be ignored by the superstars and nothing will change in terms of the culture of the club. They need somebody with stature to go in there and help clean house.

LFG!

I don’t believe you. If Roma were serious they would sign that Swiss baller from Arsenal.
:ramsdale:

Never thought it’d happen but can see that moron Boehly going for Mourinho when he sacks Tuchel.

Ticks all the boxes. I wonder if there have already been discussions about it. Mou remembered he cared for Chelsea again in his interview with Sky Sports and even said he has a preference on who should buy the club.

You have this strange obsession with randomly bumping the Mourinho thread to link him to loads of jobs lol

FIFY.

Nice view.

He then topped it with a subsequent story where he has a Mourinho bobblehead in his office.

Reminds of Vince McMahon having a massive painting of himself in his house.

Look at the hypocrite pointing out power differences

Did he really say this? @GC-Maniac

Yes. I remember the interview when it happened as well. Posted this tweet in the Arteta thread too btw.

Arteta was always bigged up by people actively involved in the sport, it was only twats in the media that can’t find a job in the game anymore that tried to set the narrative about him. :eyes:

Here’s the full thing:

I remember people thinking at the time he was playing mind games so Arsenal don’t sack Arteta, lol.
