Jakub Kiwior

I do wonder if Al-Nassr will end up looking at him. Clearly the PL is a league they’re paying attention to, we know they’re one of the Saudi clubs who were and still are keen on Gabriel, especially with Laporte looking to go.

Wouldn’t mind a hefty Saudi pay. We’re the only top club alongside Spurs to not have sold a player to them, aren’t we? :eyes:

Maybe our best field player today. Looked totally comfortable on the right hand side in the second half too.

He’s earned himself a lot of credit over the last couple months. I’d be very happy to keep him as a backup CB, especially if he’s capable of playing either side.

He’s too good to be a bench option. Teams should be lining up to get him this summer.

£50m please. Though is there a world in which we can rotate with all 3 CBs next season? I’d love for him to stay. We have so many games to play… could be anything up to 55-60 games in all comps, no?

There will no doubt be a lot of Italian clubs doing that, trying to get him on the cheap

Would love to keep him, but if we plan to sell it shouldn’t be a discount price.

Scored for Poland

Stock is high. We do not need him AND Calafiori and I believe the Italian has more ability. Should be able to get 30m for Kiwior.

What a player to have as backup, especially when the other alternatives are perma crocks

Tell me that after Calafiori plays 10 games without getting skinned or injured.

Maybe he’d have better luck playing in his natural position. Agreed though, availability is an ability.

Wouldn’t be surprised if true. We know someone will get crocked in our team. Best to have the numbers if we don’t need to sell.

He’s a decent defender and young enough to still have potential so easily good enough to be an option off the bench for us.

Now seems the perfect time to move him on. Was a 15m player 6 months ago. Worth at least double now.

Would be stupid to move him on.

By far our most polished defender.

Maybe if we’re trying to maximize value for him yes it’s the best time to sell, but from a squad building point of view it’s the worst time to sell. With Mosquera coming in we now have a clear second choice to Saliba, and Kiwior being left footed is obviously the depute for Gabriel. We’ve got four solid CB options going into the season now, that’s a major boost imo.

You’re not wrong, but Calafiori should make Kiwior obsolete.

We should sell when his stock is high. We could use the funds to buy Hato.

If only Cala could last 5 games on the trot without being out for months at a time.
