Yeah, Arteta always does that. He did that last season with Torreira, Guendo and the rest. He was telling us Willian is an Arsenal player and he’ll stay here and the next week he was gone. 
It even goes back to 2 years ago when he said he was counting on Mkhi to be back after his loan at Roma.
