Gotten to the point where I’m happy to see him in the starting XI. Redemption arc completed. He has returned to light side of the force like Anakin Skywalker.

Best thing about that goal, was not the goal itself, but the joyous moment before, with the goal gaping, Xhaka not going to miss, and we’re absofuckinglutely going 3-1 up.

I’ve been one of his biggest critics and he’s our longest serving first team player but he’s actually starting to look useful for us, even if it has taken around six seasons to do it.

He gets into some really good positions. His reading of the game from attacking perspective is excellent.
